1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

3D Generator AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating 3D models from text descriptions and images. The service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate models.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased using our payment processor, Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Purchased credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase if unused.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

User-Generated Content: Any content you upload to our service (such as images for processing) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display the content as necessary to provide the service.

AI-Generated Models: You own all rights to the 3D models generated through our service. However, you grant us permission to display publicly shared models on our platform for promotional purposes.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate or upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that depicts real individuals without their consent
• Create models for destructive or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service unless explicitly permitted

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Undefined Ventures OÜ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
